DOING ERP is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DOING ERP makes no warranties, express or implied, about the operation of DOING ERP or the information, content, materials, or products included on DOING ERP. You expressly agree that your use of DOING ERP is at your sole risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
DOING ERP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of the use of or inability to use DOING ERP, even if DOING ERP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
