How to Manage Instances in DoingERP - KairosFS Functional Suite

Step 1: Log In to the Kos QA Application

 

To get started, log in to the Kos QA application:

 

    1. Enter your username and password.
    2. Once logged in, you will be directed to the dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Instance Management Section

 

  1. From the dashboard, locate the *Instance* option in the main menu.
  2. Click on it to navigate to the Instance Management page.

Step 3: Add or Update Instance Details

On the Instance Management page, you can add new instances or update existing ones:

 

*Adding a New Instance:*

 

  1. Click the *Add Instance* button.
  2. Fill in the required details:

   – Instance ID

   – Customer Name

   – Environment Name (e.g., Test, Dev 1, Dev 2, Dev 3)

   – Instance URL

   – Username

   – Password

  1. After entering all the necessary details, click the *Add* button. The instance will be added successfully.

*Editing an Existing Instance:*

 

  1. Click the *Edit* button next to the instance you want to modify.
  2. You can update the instance details, such as the URL, username, or password.
  3. Once you’ve made the necessary changes, click *Update* to save the changes.

*Deleting an Instance:*

 

  1. To remove an instance, click the *Delete* option next to the instance.
  2. Confirm the deletion if prompted. The instance will be removed from the list.

  Step 4: View Updated Instances

 

After making any changes, you can view the updated instance details under the *Customer* tab:

 

  1. Navigate to the *Customer* tab.
  2. Click on the customer name to view the associated instance.
  1. For example, if you have a Day 1 instance, you will see it listed under the customer name.
